14 And their arm shall be my arm, and I will be their ashield and their buckler; and I will gird up their loins, and they shall fight manfully for me; and their benemies shall be under their feet; and I will let cfall the dsword in their behalf, and by the efire of mine indignation will I preserve them.

So last week was Semana Santa, or in other words, everyone remembers that they are catholics and if they aren't catholics they are at the beach, and if they aren't at the beach they are in their houses watching bible movies, yeah, it's awesome here =)

So I started the week off by picking up my new comp, Elder Ortega. He is from San Pedro Sula, Honduras. He's pretty cool. He's a convert of 2 years, he has 6 months in the mission, and he's a very good missionary. He's very excited to work and we are going to have a lot of success =)

We started out the week recieving many references, finding news, and putting baptismal dates with people (we are now hoping to have about 10 baptisms in May =) We are finding many new families here and the members are really excited to work which is awesome. And then finally on Saturday (the rest of the week went alright, not great because of semana santa, but ok) the whole day went perfectly as planned! =) We taught Edgar (a newish investigator whose son recently died) Well the lesson went very well and he accepted a baptismal date and even said that he is going to take a friend to church with him... awesome! And we also started to plan a mission activity here that we think is going to help the ward a ton! We are hoping to get a lot of references, help the members be more active and increase the church attendance, it should be a really good activity.

Yeah, that was basically my week, it went well, we were able to do more than I thought we were going to so I'm happy =) Thanks for listening, love you all!

P.S. Edgar, after finishing the lesson gave us a ton of fruit, jaja, papaya, mangos, watermelon, cantaloupe, bananas, etc. It was so random and funny we had no idea what to do with all of it.
